This weighty piece of solid sterling silver has been lightly surface textured giving it a satin weathered look with a glowing Moonstone gemstone flush set in its heart, adding that extra charm to keep this special necklace lively and noticeable. Each ‘Cloch’ necklace will be slightly different due to its making process of melting down sterling silver and letting nature dictate its final shape as the silver cooles down.

Moonstone is Junes birthstone and with that brings an encouraging and calming energy. It is considered a lucky gemstone and it is believed to promote sensitivity and helps to keep a positive attitude in hard situations.

As I live beside Bettystown beach and the Irish sea in County Meath, I find so many pretty pebbles among the shore and have wanted to include this inspiration in my work.
