Shipping & Returns

All my handmade jewelry is shipped internationally using Ireland's national postal service.
Registered track and trace with insurance is used for all jewelry shipping, so you can keep an eye on its journey as it travels to you, this method of shipping must be signed for upon receipt.
Shipping times vary depending where you are in the world, and I cannot be held responsible for any additional customs or duty fees added at the point of delivery to you. Please check with your local post office if any additional charges apply.
All my handmade jewelry is shipped in pretty branded boxes with ribbon ready for gift giving.
You must make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
If you have bought a handmade piece of jewelry from me and you wish it to be sent elsewhere, not a bother I will gladly ship your jewelry to anywhere you would like. (please make sure this address is correct).
Are you local? did you know at checkout, you have an option to come to my studio and collect your pretty jewelry yourself. Its a great chance to see where your jewelry has come from and where it has been made. You will receive an email when your jewelry is ready for collection and we will co-ordinate time and dates to suit you….isn’t that great? So no need to worry about shipping costs… win,win!!

If you wish to return an item of jewelry back me you can do so within 30 days of your purchase date.
Please email me first contact@margaretwalshjewelry.com with your intention of returning your item. Your item must be returned to me unworn and in perfect condition with all original packaging and documentation.
Earrings unfortunately can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Personalised items also can not be returned.
The cost of a returned item is your responsibility and must be sent back to me with track and trace or insured shipping, as a guarantee that I will receive it.
